WRAIR, WRAMC and SMITHSONIAN:  Are closed today. CRM is authorizing up to 8 Hours of Administrative leave for full, flex-time, and part-time employees who were scheduled to work today. Employees able to work at home are encouraged to do so.

FT DETRICK:   Is closed today. CRM is authorizing up to 8 Hours of Administrative leave for full, flex-time, and part-time employeees who were scheduled to work today. Employees able to work at home are encouraged to do so.

USAMRIID:  Employees should place up to 8 hours on your billable task line on your timesheet. If you are able to work from home you are encouraged to do so.

DETAILED TIMESHEET INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT VIA WORK EMAIL.

CRM authorizes Administrative Leave to only be used:

  1. If the occurrence falls on an employee's regularly scheduled work day and during their regularly scheduled hours.
  2. If an employee is not on vacation or sick leave when a work status designation is determined.
  3. If an employee requires the hours to reach their per week/pay period hours.
  4. If the employee came into work and early closure designation is determined.
  5. If the employee comes into work after a delayed opening designation is determined.
  6. If an employee does not work under a contract that allows the missed hours to be recorded to their task line.
