Clinical Research Management Names New Chief Financial Officer and New Director of Business Development
December 6, 2010, Hinckley, OH – Clinical Research Management (CRM), a full-service Contract Research Organization providing expertise in research, trials, and regulatory support, announced the appointment of Wayne Mosley as CFO and Lori Gipp as Director of Business Development to guide day-to-day business and the strategic growth of CRM.
Mr. Mosley brings over 30 years of senior management experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer, where he will lead the accounting and finance functions of the company. Mr. Mosley will also be responsible for enhancing operational and financial reporting, along with providing leadership in contract cost and pricing analysis. Prior to joining CRM, Mr. Mosley lead operations, finance, accounting, and M&A in multiple industry sectors, was co-founder of Life Equity LLC, the 3rd largest life settlement provider in the United States, and spent 10 years with a Big 8 accounting firm.
Ms. Gipp joined CRM to facilitate the planning and oversight of business growth strategies, sales, and marketing. Ms. Gipp has been instrumental in growing small and midsized companies, having held senior positions in operations, product management, sales, and marketing for technology and project management firms. Ms. Gipp has facilitated successful market launch programs for technology companies and FDA regulated product lines.
