| CRM assisted the U.S. Army in creating a Clinical Trials Center (CTC) for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). This center tests new vaccines against infectious diseases of military importance and has become a highly recognized and respected center throughout the world. Our staff of clinical coordinators, data experts, and subject recruiters continue to assist in the management of this Clinical Trials Center. The CTC continues to conduct an average of 14 clinical trials each year. Many of the trials are collaborative efforts with pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms. We are proud to be to part of a dedicated effort to develop and test new vaccines, drugs, and diagnostic systems that will benefit not only our soldiers, but all people. |
