CRM will negotiate site contracts on behalf of the Sponsor. Our Contract’s Team will use Sponsor Contract Templates and pre-approved contract language to execute contracts with sites on a timely basis.
We define site reimbursement for enrollment based on anticipated resource utilization for each protocol and non-standard of care procedure charges. Payment will be made to sites based on predefined milestones as defined in the Clinical Trial Agreement for each project. CRM provides timely payments to sites and reports to the Sponsor.
