President and CEO Victoria Tifft

Victoria Tifft - President & CEO

Victoria has developed an excellent reputation in the clinical research and development field. She has a unique background combining biological research with skilled interpersonal relationships.
Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Akron in Ohio, and furthered her education with graduate studies in Parasitology. She was then selected by the United States Peace Corps to serve in Togo, West Africa where she worked with a variety of medical teams. Her primary tasks included: assessment of the local population, education in the prevention and treatment of local problems and diseases (malaria, dysentery, dehydration, and sanitation), and vaccination of children. Her tenure in Africa gave her an extraordinary view into the research of third world health problems and needs. Upon her return, she served as a biologist for the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, a manager and coordinator of the Ronald McDonald House, and a contractor at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). Her service with families with critically ill children solidified Victoria's interest in helping children and adults through the prevention and curing of many diseases.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Quinten Tifft

Quinten Tifft - Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Quinten’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring and maintaining the financial health of the company.  He performs long-term financial planning and analysis aimed at identifying risks, opportunities, and options that will inform strategies to provide resources for attainment of CRM’s mission.  He promotes a culture of informed decision making ensuring that units of corporate responsibility are planned, structured and focused on supporting decision-based information needs. Quinten received a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University and a Masters of Science from The Ohio State University. Before joining CRM in 1994, he had over ten years Department of Defense experience as a project manager, contract manager, database manager, and information specialist.
 

Clinical Solutions Chief Operating Officer and Director Sue Chase Sue Chase - Chief Operating Officer and Director, Clinical Solutions

Sue Chase is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Clinical Solutions. She leads business development, strategic planning, development and implementation of global clinical operations and strategies, marketing, and administrative operations. She has over 26 years experience in healthcare arena and 22 years experience in upper management in a clinical research environment of which she spent 10 years as Director of the Cleveland Clinic Cardiovascular Coordinating Center (C5), an Academic Research Organization within the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. She is expected to play a major role in moving CRM forward “To be a leader in the Biomedical/CRO industry within the next 5 years.” Ms. Chase received her B.S.N. from The University of Akron.
