Benefits Overview

Benefits Summary for Full-Time Employees

DESCRIPTION
Vacation/Sick
Paid vacation and sick leave is offered to full-time employees and begins accruing immediately for all new hires.
Holiday
Up to 8 hours of paid leave for each Holiday observed by the Federal Government (currently 10).
Bereavement/Jury Duty
Bereavement leave will be granted to all full and flex-time employees. Paid leave will be granted to employees scheduled to work the day(s) called to jury duty service. 
 
Tuition
Assistance
Tuition Assistance is offered for undergraduate and graduate courses that are directly related to the employee’s work.

Professional
Development
Assistance
Professional Development Assistance is offered to employees for seminars, conferences, certifications, licensure and/or memberships that are relevant to their current job.

Relocation Assistance
Relocation Assistance is available to eligible employees in accordance to applicable rules and regulations. 

Retirement
Plan
Both a Traditional and a ROTH 401(k) program are offered to employees. Employer match at the first open enrollment following one year of employment.

Financial
Planning
Employees participating in the retirement program have the opportunity to receive Financial Life Planning and Asset Management investment advice at no cost.

Medical , Dental and Vision
Insurance(s)
Comprehensive medical insurance if offered to employees and their covered dependents. Employees may choose from an HMO or PPO plan. Voluntary Dental Insurance is available to the employee and their covered dependents. Discounted vision services and materials are available through the medical and dental insurance plans.

Spending
Accounts
Health Care, Dependent Care and Transportation Flexible Spending Accounts are offered through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis.
Life & Accidental Death/ Dismemberment
Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurances are offered at no cost to employees. Supplemental Life Insurance is available for the employee, their spouse, and children. 

Short Term Disability
Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance is available to provide employees with short-term income protection if they become Disabled from a covered accident, sickness, or pregnancy.
Long Term Disability
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance is offered to employees at no cost. 
Leave Donation Program
Employees may donate their accrued unused vacation time to an employee who have had to exhaust all of his/her vacation and sick leave time due to a personal crisis and/or an emergency situation.
